Gardiner Miller Arnold LLP

Andrea Lusk is an associate lawyer at Gardiner Miller Arnold with a focus on condominium law, civil litigation, real estate and trusts and estates law. Andrea is the editor-in-chief of Gardiner Miller Arnold’s newsletter, Condo Alert! As part of her litigation practice, she regularly appears at the Superior Court and various tribunals on condo and other matters.

Andrea is a member of ACMO, CCI Toronto, CCI Golden Horseshoe, the Ontario Bar Association and Toronto Lawyers Association.  She is the Vice-Chair of the ACMO Associates Executive and part of the ACMO Luncheons/Regional Committee, ACMO Awards Committee and the CCI – Toronto Communications Committee and a regular contributor of articles and presentations.  Andrea also participates as an instructor of the Condominium Law course at Humber College and in-house to eager R.C.M. candidates.
