Patrick Greco is a partner in the Condominium Law practice group at Miller Thomson LLP. Patrick provides both solicitor and litigation services to condominium clients on a broad range of issues. He has significant expertise assisting Boards of Directors with governance issues as well as chairing owners’ meetings. Patrick has appeared before all levels of the court in Ontario, as well as tribunals such as the Licence Appeal Tribunal on Tarion matters, and has assisted in the preparation of submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada. Patrick writes and speaks frequently on condominium and construction issues.
